The specific products mentioned were “Artri Ajo King,” “Artri King Reforzado con Ortiga y Omega 3,” and “Ortiga Mas Ajo Rey.” This time, the FDA tested dietary supplements and found traces of diclofenac – an NSAID associated with the risk of increased cardiovascular events, including heart attack.
